GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA): The 75th batch of patients, the latest beneficiaries of the Mission Miracle programme, a joint initiative of the governments of Guyana and Cuba, Tuesday left to undergo eye surgeries in Cuba. This is part of phase two of the programme. Phase One screened over 40,000 Guyanese.
