Illegal immigrants arrested in South Trinidad
PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad: Law enforcement officers in Trinidad and Tobago have arrested 72 persons in the south of the island, whom they believe are in the country illegally. The Trinidad Express newspaper reported that 14 of those arrested were Guyanese nationals. The arrests were made in a 24-hour swoop.
